Refund & Returns Policy

At XBIT by BETECH, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened audio products may not qualify for return unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened or heavily used products
  • Products damaged by misuse or accidental damage
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after approval.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by XBIT by BETECH.
